Why Start a Crawl Space Encapsulation Business

Are you considering starting a crawl space encapsulation business and you are wanting to know where to begin? There are a millions of homes with crawl spaces and basements so starting one in your area may seem like a great business. Here are five reasons you should consider a crawl space encapsulation business.

Is a Crawl Space Encapsulation Business Profitable

Crawl space encapsulation businesses can generate great income but profitability is based on how you manage your business. Crawl Space Ninja Franchise Owners are given everything they need to help them succeed and improve profitability over their competition.

Most crawl space companies are what we call plastic jockeys. They are only interested in installing plastic or vapor barrier and normally not correctly. They feel making a $1,500 plastic sales is great but what if you could make a $15,000 crawl space encapsulation sale? Isn't that much better?

Keep in mind making a $15,000 sale doesn't mean you will generate a profit. Overhead like labor, cost of goods sold, insurance, fuel, and other expenses take a huge toll on profits. This is where partnering with Crawl Space Ninja is beneficial. We teach you everything you need to know about starting a crawl space encapsulation business.

Nobody Wants to Go in Their Crawl Space

Sure you have that dedicated DIYer that fears nothing and is motivated due to the cost of crawl space encapsulation. But for the most part, contractors stay clear of crawl spaces. And those that do crawl space repair, basement waterproofing, attic insulation, duct sealing, and yard drainage either charge too little to do the job correctly or don't know how to do it correctly. Either way, it spells disaster for them and could be why most residential remodeling businesses fail within two years.

This is great news for you. We do lots of redos. Even huge pest control franchises are no match for the Crawl Space Ninja Method. In fact watch this video and see for yourself. Even if you miss the opportunity to fix the crawl space the first time, there is a chance you could be called back once the homeowner realizes they chose the wrong company.

Don't be a statistic, partner with Crawl Space Ninja and let us help you greatly increase your chance of success by following our proven methods. We not only show you haw to encapsulate crawl spaces, waterproof basements, and insulate attics but we show you how to price, sell, manage, and follow-up properly.

Low Start-up Costs

Now this one is in the eye of the beholder but starting a Crawl Space Ninja Franchise is considered a low cost opportunity. Keep in mind I did not say no cost or cheap. Like anything in life you get out what you put in and it actually does take money to make money in a crawl space encapsulation business. A Crawl Space Ninja Franchise opportunity is no different. The advantage to starting with us is the learning curve is greatly increased and the chance for profitability as well. You will learn 15-years of knowledge within a few weeks. How much is that worth to a business owner?

SBA Approved for Lending

Not all crawl space encapsulation businesses can get funded by a bank or the SBA (Small Business Administration) but some of our Crawl Space Ninja Franchisees have done just that. Walking in to your local credit union and asking the president for money to start a business you have no experience in may get you escorted out quickly. Try the same thing as a Crawl Space Ninja Franchisee and it becomes a different situation.

We currently cover over 12 territories in in five states with a proven success model. Bankers love loaning money to proven concepts. Of course you need to be financially stable with a good credit rating as well.

Home Based Business Opportunity

Crawl Space Ninja started in my garage and quickly grew. I moved from my garage to a storage unit, then a commercial building. The advantage of starting from home greatly increased my personal chance of success because I could keep my overhead lower. We don't feel you will work from your home forever. In fact, the more success you have, the more you will need other storage and perhaps your own commercial building one day.

Remember, this article is not guaranteeing your success in a crawl space encapsulation business but when you partner with Crawl Space Ninja, we will do all we can to help you succeed. We also operate under Basement Ninja and Attic Ninja so don't worry if your area does not have many crawl spaces. Thanks for reading and let me know if you have any questions below in the comments.

What would be the best way to find out if there is enough demand for crawlspace work in my area??

Hi William, we have found checking with a local realtor can give you an idea of how many crawls paces are in your area if the MLS system they use is accurate.
